Scheduling a "Picture Day" for your team is easy.
Pittman offers individual and team photos, event photography, and "Thought Shots," a larger poster-size print that combines great action shots of your kids with relevant, inspirational themes.
Current Pittman customers also have available to them Stars In Action, a unique service that provides professional action photography for live, competitive events that result in professional, quality sport images.
Former NFL/NASCAR photographer Greg Crisp initiated the Stars In Action concept with company founder John C. Pittman on joining the company last year. A staff of photographers works under Crisp, who is happy to bring what he did "on a pro basis to the kids' level."
Most important, we always want to hear your comments and concerns, as we continually strive to satisfy our clients and make our products even better.

Tips for Photo Coordinators
Whether you are veteran photo coordinator or a first time parent
responsible for setting up "picture day," here are some
tips on what to consider when setting up for individual and team
photographs:
- How many teams and individuals need to be shot?
- Location: Indoors is always best. We can provide backdrops,
personnel, and equipment to cover even the largest group. We also
have arrangements with area facilities to shoot indoors at any
time of year.
- Timing: Typically, most sports (excluding football, cheer, and other sports with larger teams) don't
need more that fifteen minutes to photogaph a given team and
ALL the individuals. With the new digital technology and the
abililty to preview on site, we can eliminate blinks, blurs,
and bland images before they come out of the lab. Keep the light
in mind. Time of day, direction of sun, etc. are important considerations
to keep in mind when we schedule any photo shoot.
- Envelopes need to be distributed at least a week or two in
advance. The envelopes we provide are self explanatory and show
pricing that already includes tax. Be very careful, precise, and
neat when providing information for trading cards, plaques, and
other custom products. We
need you to get us accurate information as clearly as possible.
- At least one week before picture day, please provide us with
a schedule or list of teams, coaches, and sponsors. That will
help us prepare our staff with equipment and materials for the
shoot.
- Ask about opportunities for Action Photography for your organization.

- Keep a list or log of comments, good or bad from your organization.
It's important that we hear about any complaints or concerns
in a timely and efficient manner. We want to take care of your
organization and help you with any problems.
- Please make plans or other arrangements for a Rain Date in case of inclement
weather.
- Have a team or parent representative on hand to assist and
act as a liaison between our staff and your organization.
- Book early, avoid holidays!
